Hampton Inn San Antonio Stone Oak

The app was a bit difficult to get on to complete the direct check in. I contacted customer service and they were very happy to assist and get my username and password operational. The Direct Check in notified my to check in at the front desk up on my arrival. Shey was there to greet me and welcome me to the hotel. She was very helpful to secure my room and ensured that it was not near the elevators or ice machine. I was very happy with my room. Air conditioning was set to a perfect temperature, bed was comfortable and the amenities were above expectations. Your property is right down the road from my daughters home and I like to have a hotel when I go to visit. I will defiantly book at the Hampton Inn in the future.

The lady at the front desk was very nice, the room was super clean, awesome coffee and it’s pet friendly, they give you a small treat bag for your dog. location and the staff is veryyy nice. I would stay there again

superb staff and comfortable

We were in San Antonio for a hockey tournament and it was a walk to the rink. I’ve stayed in Hampton Inns before and they’ve all been “fine” but this one was made outstanding by the staff. Housekeeping and the front desk went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met - including some random requests like “we just adopted a kitten while on this trip” and need a vet and cat supplies.
